I went to check a property for my father the other day, to see what the situation was...etc, etc, etc...

Among the interesting things I encountered.  Dead mice left on sticky paper traps for at least a month.  Creepy caveman like drawings in the basement.  And finally, and most importantly, a trash can, fillled halfway with rainwater, topped off with a floating dead squirrel, admittedly left there by the homeowner in excess of three weeks.
